Christmas Eve Family Service – 24th Dec 2017

Our Christmas eve family service is an opportunity to enjoy the celebration of Jesus’ coming with all the family. Come and join in the fun and celebration discovering what is in the ‘Stable Next Door’.

We will be giving out the traditional Christingles, which symbolise the light Jesus brings to the world – and many other things you can read more about here on the Aberford Primary School website

Trinity has chosen to support the local charity Children North East with a collection during this Christmas service. Their mission and aim is ‘To promote the rights of children and young people’. They achieve this by providing support that strengthens and empowers children, young people and families. This includes providing youth services such as peer mentoring, counselling and information, advice and guidance and support for families in crisis (including parenting courses) reducing the need to take children and young people in to care.

Buggies and Babes service – 20th Dec 2017

Nativity background

On Wed 20th December 2017 we will be holding our annual

Buggies and Babes service

This is a lovely Christmas service especially for tiny tots.

This year we will be doing ‘The Greatest Journey’
Based on ‘We are going on a bear hunt’ theme
– We will travel on our own journey to Bethlehem,
– Walking past the ‘Scary Romans,
– Sleeping with the animals,
– Squelching through the smelly sheep poo,
– Singing little songs all the way.
So come dressed as Nativity character and join us on our exciting journey.
After the journey we will have a lovey ‘Christmas Party’ to finish with.
We meet in the church for a 10.00 am start.
Following the service we move into the Croquet and Breamish for a Christmas party.
