At Trinity Church, FAMILY and all that entails, is important to us.
Trinity has a dedicated Family and Children’s worker, Andie Cozens. She is supporting and caring for families, who form a significant part of our church.
Building quality relationships with people around us is all part of the “Meet Friends” area of our mission. One of the best ways for a family to grow and get to know each other is to chat and share while having a meal together. As a result, one of the initiatives that we started in 2017 is ‘Rooted’.
‘Rooted’ is a monthly (first Sunday of each month) informal gathering, where you can come along, have a coffee, share in some gentle worship, share in a meal together, listen to a short address/topic and chat over what we have listened to. During this time any young people get to spend some time together playing games, doing crafts and sharing in prayer.
The key word for Rooted is ‘SHARING’ and that is what we want to do Share in fellowship, Share in family life and Share our experiences.
‘Rooted‘ is not just for families with children it is for anyone of any age whether they are connected with church or not.
We want to warmly invite you to come along and be part of our ‘Sharing‘ experience.
please note that if you do fancy coming along one Sunday we use the ‘back door’ and press the buzzer and someone will be there to let you in.
We start at 4 pm and normally finish for 6 pm
